Once you have submitted your delivery order, there can be no changes or partial deletions made.
If you need to cancel your delivery you may do so up to Monday 10 am for Wednesday deliveries or Saturday 10 am for Monday deliveries. You will receive a 3Spoons credit coupon for the amount of your cancelled delivery. We regret that we cannot give refunds or 3Spoons credit coupons for deliveries cancelled after the cut-off time.

If 3Spoons must cancel a delivery, you will receive a refund to your credit card for the full amount of the delivery. You will be notified by email and by phone.
