When completing your order, there is a box titled Special Delivery Instructions where you may insert information you feel would help us complete your delivery. The Special Delivery Instructions must be approved by a 3Spoons team member in order for delivery to occur. You will be notified by email and/or phone.

Of course, the best option is that someone is home to receive the delivery and can promptly refrigerate the meals. But we understand that this is not always an option. Special delivery instructions should have the goal of helping the delivery person find a safe, out of public view, shady location to leave the cooler(s) and are subject to approval. The food and cooler(s) are the responsibility of the customer once they have been delivered.

Examples of Acceptable Delivery Instructions

Please leave cooler...
on the back porch behind the plant next to the door
with the doorman or concierge.
behind the unlocked gate on the side of the house.
inside our private garage that is accessible by an unlocked door.
on the front porch behind the large shrub to the left of the front door

Examples of Not Acceptable Delivery Instructions

a stairwell in a shared use area
just outside the front door on street level in plain view
